Simple Homemade Chicken Katsu Recipe

Assalamualaikum...
Annyeong...
This is my simple chicken katsu where I prepared for my husband's lunchbox yesterday. I made this recipe for anyone who has no more time to prepare breakfast or lunchbox for her children or her husband. The ingredients are so simple and you can get it from your own kitchen everyday. Maybe it's not taste as the original japanese chicken katsu, but you'll never be disappointed because this one also has the good and delicious taste. And the other benefit of this one is you can serve it for less than 1 hour.

Ingredients:
  •  100 gr chicken fillets, hit to make it flat
  •  1 clove of garlic
  •  1/2 tsp salt
  •  1/4 tsp white pepper powder
  •  2 tbsp flours
  •  1 tbsp tapioca flour
  •  1 egg, shake it off
  •  3 tbsp bread crumbs
  •  Cooking oil

Directions:
  • Season the chicken with salt and garlic which grind together, keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more
  • Combine flour, tapioca flour, salt and white pepper powder until well combined, and roll the chicken over
  • Dip it in the egg
  • Roll in the bread crumb over
  • Fry with small fire from the stove until well done
